The senior group in attendance has promising future at the next level
The Hoop Mountain Fall Exposure event at Boston University this past Sunday had nearly 90 on-looking college coaches as 135 of New England’s most talented prospects showcased their talent.
Here is a look of those who impressed from the Class of 2011
Alexis Udoji 6'3 Cardinal Spellman - Big inside presence with vast wing span and good feet. Tremendous shot blocker and moves well in space which makes her a very good rebounder in traffic.
Britni Mikulancecz 5'7 Cheverus HS - Good all around point who directs the floor, rebounds well for a guard and solid passer
Tess Hazen 5'11 Potsdam Central - Good passer and tough rebounder
Nikki Stacy 5'7 LaSalle Academy - Good shooter who works extremely hard to get open
Erin Fahey 5'10 St Mary's - Good short range jumpshot and really aggressive on the glass
Kristina Forsman 5'5 Newington HS - Great on the ball defender with quick feet. Pushes the ball hard and Has a release on pull up
Lindsay Feducia 5'8 Woodland Reg HS - Great passer who sees the floor well. Good court sense, quick and runs the floor very well
Carlee Smith 5'6 Windham HS - Great rebounder for a point guard. Hustles after every loose ball. Sees floor and makes good attack passes
Jen Rock 5'9 Triton Reg HS - Plays a number of positions. Sees the floor well. Shoots it from deep and can also rebound
Kate Griffin 5'8 Tabor Academy - Quick hands, pushed and saw the floor very well. Strong on her finishes
Hannah McNulty 5'6 Stowe HS - Quick to basket. Finishes in traffic. Good outside range and runs floor well in transition
Brenna Gonsalves 5'9 Coyle Cassidy HS - Slasher who was able to get to the line. Uses her body well
Jennifer Ashton 5'6 Beverly HS - Solid off the ball. Works hard to get open. Strong to goal and good passer
Alyssa C. Rimsa 5'11 Miss Porters School - Solid on the block with strong moves
Kristen Hrubowchak 5'7 Campbell HS - Strong defender and can shoot both off the dribble and catch. She did great job getting to the rim and finishing
Molly Brown 5'9 Dartmouth HS - Very good outisde shooter who showed her ability to go to the rim and finish in traffic.
Ella Scheuerell 5'10 Newton North HS Good intermediate jumper, good feet and plays solid positional defense. Went hard to the rim to finish
Emily Martin 5'11 Trinity HS - Very good post moves and finishes strong. Nice touch on jump shot. Can guard inside and out
Cheyenne Jennings 5'8 Wachusett HS - Very quick and low to ground on drives. Strong defender and passer. She consistently brings effort and works hard on both ends of the floor. Great communicator and vision.
Kellie Nissen 5'3'' Farmington HS - Quick, tenacious defender who moves well on the ball
Deryn Zahoruiko 5'8 Amesbury HS - Versatile guard who can play muiltple position. Plays hard on every possesion
Megan Gentile 6' Newton North HS - Showed flashes on both ends of the floor and some ability to rebound and finish
Tori Russo 5'10 Arlington HS - Physical post who worked hard on every possesion
Christan Wojtas 5'10 Souhegan HS- Rises into her jumper very well with a soft touch she has great range. Can also put it on the floor and finish
