Mathews Commits to Robert Morris

Mathews picks Eagles

Catherine Mathews verbally committed to Robert Morris University recently. Matthews went on four official visits to various D1 schools. With offers from six D1 schools, she felt that the school in Pennslyvania was the best fit both academically and athletically.  Robert Morris plays in the Northeast Conference and was 24-8 last season. Catherine is a Senior at Barrington High School and plays point guard. Her AAU team is RI Breakers.

She Averaged 14.0 ppg and was second team all state as well as first team in division 1 as named by the Providence Journal.
